Sep 2020, Australia: iinsight® is a cloud-based case management software designed by Be Software International. The company will soon release its two new features like SMS reminders and tasks, and group billing in the cloud-based case management software.
iinsight® will introduce the most anticipated features to its cloud-based case management software, based on the preference of their countless clients, medical professionals and facilities the nation over. However, the company will publicise the delivery date for the new highlights soon. The company has integrated its software with SMS reminders and confirmations (for appointments only) in its cloud-based practice management system. In this new feature, one or both SMS Reminders and Confirmations can be sent to clients before their appointments (SMS Notification must be selected on the Case).
The confirmation SMS will accept both YES and NO responses to change an appointment status from not-confirmed to confirm. The users can control these global settings, from the Options > Systems Reminders/KPI Tab > SMS Reminder tab.

For group billing tasks, this button is available only in the timesheets menu, because the group billing feature will bill across multiple cases. The users can create ‘Group Billing’ ‘Activities’ and ‘Items’ in the service contract. Once created, the ‘Group Billing’ checkbox is populated.
When selecting the “Group Billing," a window will appear where the standard billing functions generally remain the same. The addition to this area is the ability to add more than one client/case to a billing entry to duplicate this across multiple cases, without duplicating the consultant time on the billing entry. After saving, the entries will create 6 Cost Lines. 5 x Case/Client related Costs and 1 x Consultant Related Costs. The example is shown below:

Note: Each Group Billing will have a Group Billing ID.
